Einstein said this to explain his success: The first reason is I am not afraid of trying new things. My friend always said he never made a mistake but this is because he never tried anything new. Another reason is I never give up. Life is like a bicycle, if we don’t want to fall from the bicycle we must keep moving. We should never stop working or studying. If we do, we can never invent something new.

かれはせいこうについて　つぎのように　せつめいしています。りゆうのひとつは、あたらしいことへの　ちょうせんを　おそれません。わたしのともだちは、しっぱいしたことがないと　いつもいいますが、それはちょうせんしたことが　ないからです。ほかのりゆうは　けしてあきらめません。じんせいは　じてんしゃのようなものです。じてんしゃから　おちたくないなら、うごきつづけなければ　なりません。しごとやべんきょうを　やめてはいけない。そうすると、あたらしいものを　はつめいすることは　できないのです。
